about

Built by peoplewho run businesses.

Hello Native AI exists because operators were drowning in 12 dashboards and 9 logins to do work that one good assistant could handle. Replace the stack with one AI brain that reads everything and acts on your voice. That's it. That's the company.

Marco Nahmias

Operator, engineer, and the person who picks up when you book a slot at /contact. Marco started Hello Native AI after watching independent operators across hospitality, real estate, and construction lose hours every week to legacy software that didn’t pay this week and compounded into burnout over years.

why we exist
MissionReplace the legacy SaaS stack — WordPress, separate PMS, separate CRM, separate accounting, separate marketing — with one AI-native platform that reads and writes across every system. Built so independent operators get the leverage agencies and chains have, without the price or the wait.
TeamSmall and intentional. Engineers, operators, and one very patient compliance reviewer. Based in Miami and San José, Costa Rica. We hire slowly so every new tenant gets the same care the first one did.

The thing legacy SaaS gets wrong is treating each tool as a self-contained product. Operators don’t live inside one tool. They live across all of them — and they need a brain that lives there too.

about us

Things people ask before signing up.

Who builds Hello Native AI?
Marco Nahmias and a small team across Miami, FL and San José, Costa Rica. The two-market origin means everything is bilingual EN+ES from day one and tested against two different operational cultures before it ships.
Is Hello Native AI venture-backed?
Independently operated. We are intentionally slow on outside capital so the product roadmap stays accountable to operators instead of to a fund's growth curve. Pricing reflects that — flat fee per site, not a percentage of your revenue.
How is this different from a website builder like Squarespace or Wix?
A website builder gives you pages. Hello Native gives you the operating system underneath the pages — the dashboard, the integrations, the AI voice control. Squarespace can't take a phone call for you, sync rates to Booking.com, qualify a lead, or read your invoices.
How is this different from a vertical SaaS like Cloudbeds, Follow Up Boss, or JobNimbus?
Those tools are good at one thing and force you to bolt the rest together. Hello Native is one platform that covers the whole thing — site, dashboard, voice, integrations — for a single tenant. You get the integration depth without the integration tax.
Why three verticals — hotels, real estate, construction?
They share a structural shape: small operators with high-trust customer relationships, lots of inbound calls, lots of legacy SaaS sprawl, and a lead-to-close cycle that loses money every time a follow-up gets dropped. The same platform applies. Vertical-specific blueprints handle the differences.
How do I talk to the founder?
Book a slot at /contact. Marco runs every introductory call himself and will until volume forces a change — at which point this answer changes here first. Bring a real lead, a CSV of past customers, or a property/room/job address and we'll demo on your data.
